Vegan Peach Hemp Ice Cream

Peach Hemp Ice Cream, don’t drool yet! This recipe is perfect for these hot summer days, and nothing beats homemade ice cream. You can eat the whole pint and not feel guilty, because only this ice cream is packed with Protein, Antioxidants and Omegas. It’s creamy, light and full of flavor!

 

Primary Ingredients: Yield 2 QTS

  • 2 cups of Milk of choice
  • 1 cup of MOCU Hemp Hearts
  • 3 Peaches, cut or diced
  • 1 cup of Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Combine milk and hemp hearts, stir and let sit for 6-8 hours or overnight

2) Put Hemp milk, peaches, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sea salt in a blender and blend until smooth

3) Transfer everything from blender into Ice Cream maker

4) Churn ice cream according to manufacturer instructions

5) Scoop out and top with Peaches and Hemp (optional)

6) ENJOY!
