Hemp Chia Nut Butter Rice Cake

With school back mornings can be hectic, take 2 minutes for the most important meal of the day with a Hemp, Chia and Nut Butter Rice Cake. It’s delicious, filling and energizing. Packed with omega’s, protein, fiber and antioxidants. Vegan and gluten free.


Yield: 1 Rice Cake
  • 1 Rice Cake of choice
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
  • Half a Banana
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Pinch of MOCU Chia Seeds
  • Pinch of MOCU Hemp Hearts

Feel free to sub any butter/fruits for personal favorites (strawberries, raspberries, peanut butter, etc.

  1. Spread butter of choice on rice cake.
  2. Cut Banana slices and lay on top of butter.
  3. Put Blueberries in-between the Banana slices.
  4. Sprinkle Chia Seeds & Hemp Hearts
  5. ENJOY!
